The Happy Heiny's and Happy Hempy's are a simple to use pocket diaper. Happy Heiny's and Happy Hempy's have hook and loop closure to help you easily get a snug, comfortable fit on even the squirmiest babies.   Happy Heiny's and Happy Hempy's have large pockets making it easy for even large man-size hands to assemble.  You will need a diaper cover when using Happy Hempy's; we suggest fleece or wool covers.

Place insert into the pocket of the Happy Heiny's Diaper	Lay baby on back portion of the Happy Heiny's Diaper
Lift front of diaper up between legs.	Velcro the Happy Heiny's Diaper onto baby.

About Inserts:  The Happy Heiny Hemp Stuffins and Microterry Stuffins work fantastically in the Happy Heiny's and Happy Hempy's.  Generic rectangular inserts will more than likely be compatible as long as they are not too narrow. Prefold diapers will also work as inserts.   In fact if you had to, you could even use a kitchen towel.  Expect prefolds to be a bulkier but functional option with people using the Premium Infant Prefold size for the medium and large sized diapers.

Suggestion:  Have your Happy Heiny's and Happy Hempy's stuffed and ready to go.   This will make diaper changing easier to use straight from the diaper bag and makes a fool-proof diaper change for caregivers to have easy sucess.
