Imagine "Smart Fit" Bamboo Prefold Diapers are made from 55% bamboo and 45% organic cotton. "Smart Fit" prefolds are cut shorter and wider to fit into
diaper covers better, often without any folding in the rise necessary!
They are soft, highly absorbent, and super durable. These prefold
diapers can withstand many rigorous washings and dryings as well as can
be used on multiple babies over the years. The uses do not stop there -
and they can be used after the diapering years as cleaning rags!
To prep: the prefolds will be flat and slightly stiff. Please wash and dry them 4-5 times in a hot or warm wash cycle using detergent and drying them in the dryer each time. Once prepped, the prefolds will quilt up and be very soft and thirsty--ready to absorb! If you're used to using regular cotton prefolds, the bamboo ones will feel heavier and "floppy" but don't worry--that's just the nature of the bamboo fabric.
